Terroir Artisan Bakery is an obsessively local bakery dedicated to crafting exceptional sourdough bread and pastries using the best ingredients. Nestled in the Hespeler Village, Cambridge- We are a chef-led kitchen rooted in celebrating Ontario’s seasonal bounty. With deep respect for sustainable agriculture and a passion for the land, we focus on responsible sourcing, biodynamic farming, and eco-friendly packaging and waste management. Grounded in French training, we use time-honored techniques fused with modern curiosity. We strive to provide comfort while challenging the status quo of traditional bakeries. Our goal is to express time and place, and to showcase the local terroir—a space built to nourish and inspire.
We offer a quaint bakery setting within a heritage industrial factory. There are a few tables to enjoy your treats with us—or take them to go—and a concise beverage program featuring locally roasted espresso, teas, and seasonal juices. With ample parking and a space that tends to buzz as soon as we open, we bake everything fresh each day and encourage guests to come early while it’s at its best.
