Our take on a North American classic!
Fresh sugar pumpkins, made into a smooth custard and baked in an all butter pie crust. Traditionally pumpkin pie contains warm spices, all of which are globally imported. Ours focuses on the wonderful sweetness and flavor of fresh ontario pumpkin maple sugar, with a hint of foraged spices. We cook it with delicate care to create a silken texture and bold sweet flavour!

all pie orders come with 500ml Maple Chantilly to accompany.

Not what I would have expected

The filling was absolutely amazing unfortunately the pastry for the pie was overcooked and burnt on the bottom, which lead to an overall unpleasant taste and texture
Disappointed especially with the cost being so high

Missing whipped cream

Pie was tasty itself although the outside crust was a bit hard to cut. We did not receive the chantilly cream to accompany it as stated on the order which was a bit disappointing.

Filling was delicious. Crust was hard and dry, hard to cut.
